Pints Pub and Denver Art Museum

On February 3 at 11:30am the club will meet at Pints Pub for brew tasting and lunch. One check per table please.  We will leave our cars at Pints Pub and walk to the Denver Art Museum (DAM) at 1:30pm to gather at the ticket booth at the entrance.

Docent led tours begin from there. DAM members pay $2.00 docent tour fee; non-members pay $10.00 general admission less $1.00 if CO resident plus the $2.00 docent tour fee. Art displays available include the resident art, George Carlson's 'Heart of the West' sculptures; Cheyenne Visions II; Clifford Still Unveiled Selections from his estate, and 'Color of Field, large color format paintings era 1950 - 1970 - last day display.

There will be two types of tours; an art tour which includes resident art and current temporary displays; an architectural tour for those unfamiliar with the museum's architectural past, present and future. Both are top drawer and well worth the time.
